Account Coordinator for Last Mile Team

Amazon is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our Last Mile team. As an Account Coordinator, you will provide support to new Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) joining Amazon via our new entrepreneur program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up payment processes unique to the new entrepreneur program
  • Deal with supplier-related issues and ensure accurate payments
  • Work with data to identify trends and generate initiatives to improve metrics
  • Partner with Finance, Program, and Account Management functions to ensure DSP onboarding and payments are executed timely
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL
