**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our Last Mile team at Amazon. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and providing exceptional support to our existing partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide best-in-class support to DSPs to ensure timely account creation and setup.
  • Manage payment processes for new entrepreneur program participants.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure accurate payments.
  • Work with data to identify trends and implement initiatives to improve metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Program, and Account Management functions to ensure timely DSP onboarding and payments.
  • Liaise with Account Managers to ensure suppliers are ready to deliver during peak periods.
  • Support DSPs in resolving invoice queries within internal SLAs.
  • Track metrics and provide reports to leaders on DSP progress.
  • Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to payment/invoicing processes.
  • Ensure relevant business grants/Veteran incentives are paid in line with internal standard operating procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Competent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Knowledge of invoice or payment systems.
  • Last Mile industry or Retail/Hospitality/FMCG Operations experience.
  • Additional languages.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly drawing on data and analytical skills.
