Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiting, legal, and admin, to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes.
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance service levels.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client progress, incidents, and solutions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Implement and manage changes to meet project objectives, minimizing risks and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Support the overall recruiting process for key accounts, tracking progress and ensuring client needs are met.
- Lead communication with clients to develop structured processes, monitoring tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (a degree in engineering, economics, or a related field is a plus).
- At least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry, management consulting, or a training program in a top company.
- Passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
- Creativity and strategic thinking to master both daily hands-on analysis and big-picture reporting strategy.
