**Job Summary**

Amazon is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our Last Mile team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and providing exceptional support to our existing partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide best-in-class support to DSPs to ensure timely account creation and setup
  • Manage payment processes for new entrepreneur program, including incentive payments and changes to fleet numbers
  • Resolve supplier-related issues and ensure accurate payments
  • Work with data to identify trends and generate initiatives to improve metrics
  • Partner with Finance, Program, and Account Management functions to ensure timely DSP onboarding and payments
  • Liaise with Account Managers to ensure suppliers are ready to deliver on labor and vehicle requirements for peak periods
  • Support DSPs to resolve invoice queries within internal SLAs
  • Track metrics and provide reports to leaders on DSP progress
  • Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to payment/invoicing processes
  • Ensure relevant business grants and Veteran incentives are paid in line with internal standard operating procedures

**Requirements:**

  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL
  • Competent leadership skills with ability to motivate others
  • Knowledge of invoice or payment systems
  • Last Mile industry or Retail/Hospitality/FMCG Operations experience
  • Additional languages
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly drawing on data and analytical skills
