About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Account Coordinator to join our Last Mile team at Amazon. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure seamless account creation, payment processing, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Setup and Management: Provide best-in-class support to DSPs to ensure timely account creation and setup, including payment processes and supplier onboarding.
  2. Payment Processing: Set up and manage payment processes for new entrepreneur program DSPs, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  3. Supplier Management: Handle supplier-related issues, including incentive payments, fleet number changes, and invoice queries and exceptions.
  4. Business Analysis: Work with data to identify trends and generate initiatives to improve metrics, such as payment processing efficiency and supplier satisfaction.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Finance, Program, and Account Management functions, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure timely DSP onboarding and payments.
  6. Peak Period Support: Liaise with Account Managers to ensure suppliers are ready to deliver on labor and vehicle requirements during peak periods.
  7. Invoice Resolution: Support DSPs to resolve invoice queries within internal SLAs.
  8. Metrics and Reporting: Track key metrics and provide regular reports to leaders on DSP progress and performance.
  9. Process Improvement: Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to payment and invoicing processes.
  10. Business Grants and Incentives: Ensure relevant business grants and veteran incentives are paid in accordance with internal standard operating procedures.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proficient language skills in Spanish and English
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL
Preferred Qualifications

  • Competent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
  • Knowledge of invoice or payment systems
  • Last Mile industry or Retail/Hospitality/FMCG Operations experience
