Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Coordinator to join our team at Jobandtalent Uk Ltd. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that we offer the best possible service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiting, legal, and admin, to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to enhance service levels.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client progress, incidents, and solutions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Implement and manage changes to meet project objectives, minimizing risks and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Support the overall recruiting process for key accounts, tracking progress and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Lead communication with clients to develop structured processes, monitoring tasks and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (a degree in engineering, economics, or a related field is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry, management consulting, or a training program in a top company.
  • Passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to master both daily hands-on analysis and big-picture reporting strategy.
