Job Opportunity

David Kennedy Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing professionals within the financial technology sector. We are currently working with an award-winning liquidity and technology solutions company to find a Senior Business Development Manager.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our client's rapidly expanding fintech platform.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationships: Proactively arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to explore new opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy: Promote the company's products and services by understanding and addressing clients' needs, leveraging market knowledge to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Reporting: Develop insightful reports to track business progress, client relationships, and performance metrics to ensure strategic goals are met.
Requirements
  • Languages: Native fluency in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in technology, software, SaaS, infrastructure products, or other relevant industries.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products or services, including but not limited to trading, investments, or other market-related sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and engage clients.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
