**Job Summary**

Ntt is seeking a highly skilled **Account-Based Marketing Programs Manager** to join our team in Europe & LATAM. As a key member of our regional ABM center of excellence, you will play a critical role in executing our ABM methodology and driving engagement with our key growth clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to Ntt's regional and country business priorities, goals, and identified client needs.
  • Work closely with country marketing teams and collaborate with campaigns CoE and Divisions to deliver compelling programs and content.
  • Develop tailored messaging to position Ntt appropriately in the minds of stakeholders, working with account teams, subject matter experts, and centers of excellence/agency partners.
  • Support the right ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives, leveraging existing marketing assets and programs creatively.
  • Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with our global marketing KPIs and can be traced to demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.

**Requirements:**

  • 5 years of experience in technology and/or business environments, with a good understanding of multi-channel engagement data, behavioral data, and predictive data.
  • Strong knowledge of web 2.0, search, wikis, and interactive elements, as well as a client-centric focus on understanding and translating client needs to personalized ABM programs.
  • Commercial acumen, collaboration, communication, facilitation, personal influence, and program management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
