Are you a seasoned professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and a desire to drive business growth? We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, ABM Programs, Europe.

About the Role

This is a critical position that will play a key role in executing our ABM methodology and driving engagement with NTT DATA in the region. As a Manager, ABM Programs, Europe, you will be responsible for planning and implementing 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to NTT DATA regional and country business priorities, goals, and identified client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute ABM strategies that drive business growth and engagement with key clients.
  2. Work closely with country marketing teams and collaborate with campaigns CoE and Divisions to ensure alignment and effective program execution.
  3. Identify and prioritize key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights and work with account teams to develop tailored messaging.
  4. Support the development of global campaign and brand initiatives, leveraging existing marketing assets and programs creatively to meet the specific needs of the account.
  5. Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with our global marketing KPIs and can be traced to demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
  6. Effectively manage marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
  7. Act on insight to ensure continued evolution and focus on building marketing-impacted pipeline.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5 years of experience in technology and/or business environments, with a good understanding of multi-channel engagement data, behavioural data, and predictive data.
  2. A client-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the client to personalized ABM programs aligned to business goals and objectives.
  3. Strong knowledge of web 2.0, search, wikis, and interactive elements and appropriate use.
