About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABM Programs Manager to lead our business development efforts in Europe. As a key member of our regional ABM center of excellence, you will be responsible for planning and implementing 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to our regional and country business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Europe.
  • Collaborate with country marketing teams, campaigns CoE, and divisions to identify and prioritize key accounts and cluster campaigns.
  • Work with account teams and subject matter experts to develop tailored messaging and positioning for NTT DATA in the minds of stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
  • Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with our global marketing KPIs and demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology and/or business environments, with a focus on marketing, communications, or online agency experience.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel engagement data, behavioral data, and predictive data to leverage for optimization of client engagement.
  • Client-centric focus on understanding and translating client needs to personalized ABM programs aligned to business goals and objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen, collaboration, communication, facilitation, and personal influence skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in English language is desired for this role.
