We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABM Programs Manager to join our team in Europe & LATAM. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our ABM methodology and driving engagement with NTT DATA in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement ABM Programs: Plan and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to NTT DATA regional and country business priorities, goals, and identified client needs.
- Collaborate with Business Leadership: Work with business leadership and ABM Director, EU & LATAM on the identification and prioritization of key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights.
- Develop Tailored Messaging: Work with account teams, subject matter experts, and centers of excellence/agency partners to develop tailored messaging to position NTT DATA appropriately in the minds of stakeholders.
- Support Global Campaigns: Support the right ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives.
- Leverage Marketing Assets: Leverage existing marketing assets and programs creatively to meet the specific needs of the account, as well as creating new account-specific content and campaigns.
- Set Measurable Objectives: Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with our global marketing KPIs and can be traced to demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
- Manage Marketing Budgets: Effective management of marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
- Act on Insight: Act on insight to ensure continued evolution and focus on building marketing-impacted pipeline.
- Commercial Acumen: Understands NTT DATA's strategy and business model, including the levers that make the company commercially successful.
- Collaboration: Has a collaborative style and builds relationships across teams to achieve objectives.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, written and verbal, to achieve specific objectives.
- Facilitation: Able to facilitate meetings and workshops to develop target outcomes.
- Personal Influence: Is able to communicate with impact and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
- Program Management: Has the capability to juggle a range of projects, is able to be flexible and independently meet deadlines to consistently deliver results.
- Cultural Competence: Exposure and understanding of different cultures and approaches.
- Business-Level Proficiency: Business-level proficiency in English language is desired for this role.
- Matrix Environment: Ability to operate within a matrix environment.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Certifications: Certifications in ABM, digital marketing, or relevant IT domains can provide a competitive advantage.
