About the Role
The Manager for ABM Programs, Europe & LATAM is a critical position that executes our ABM methodology and drives engagement with NTT DATA in the region. This role contributes to delivering our 1:1 and 1:few ABM program approach, working with the campaigns and content CoE, digital hub, and approved external agencies to deliver compelling programs and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to NTT DATA regional and country business priorities, goals, and client needs, collaborating with country marketing teams and campaigns CoE.
- Work with business leadership and ABM Director, EU & LATAM to identify and prioritize key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights.
- Collaborate with account teams, subject matter experts, and centers of excellence/agency partners to develop tailored messaging and position NTT DATA appropriately in the minds of stakeholders.
- Support the right ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives, leveraging existing marketing assets and programs creatively.
- Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with global marketing KPIs and demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
- Act on insight to ensure continued evolution and focus on building marketing-impacted pipeline.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in technology and/or business environments, with marketing, communications, or online agency experience.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel engagement data, behavioral data, and predictive data to leverage for client engagement optimization.
- Client-centric focus on understanding and translating client needs to personalized ABM programs aligned to business goals and objectives.
- Strong knowledge of web 2.0, search, wikis, and interactive elements and their appropriate use.
