About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABM Programs Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our regional ABM center of excellence, you will play a critical role in executing our ABM methodology and driving engagement with NTT DATA in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs aligned to NTT DATA regional and country business priorities, goals, and client needs.
  • Work closely with country marketing teams and collaborate with campaigns CoE and Divisions to deliver compelling programs and content.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights, working with business leadership and ABM Director, EU & LATAM.
  • Develop tailored messaging to position NTT DATA appropriately in the minds of stakeholders, working with account teams, subject matter experts, and centers of excellence/agency partners.
  • Support the right ABM approach and tactics for global campaign and brand initiatives, leveraging existing marketing assets and programs creatively.
  • Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with global marketing KPIs and demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
  • Effectively manage marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in technology and/or business environments, with marketing, communications, or online agency experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel engagement data, behavioural data, and predictive data to leverage for optimization of client engagement.
  • Client-centric focus on understanding and translating client needs to personalized ABM programs aligned to business goals and objectives.
  • Business-level proficiency in English language is desired for this role.
