Program Manager, Account-Based Marketing

Job Summary
Ntt Data is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts in Europe and LATAM. As a key member of our regional ABM center of excellence, you will be responsible for developing and executing ABM programs that drive engagement and revenue growth with our key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement ABM Programs: Plan and execute 1:1 and 1:Few ABM programs aligned to Ntt Data's regional and country business priorities, goals, and client needs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with country marketing teams, campaigns CoE, digital hub, and approved external agencies to deliver compelling programs and content.
- Identify and Prioritize Key Accounts: Work with business leadership and ABM Director, EU & LATAM to identify and prioritize key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights.
- Develop Tailored Messaging: Work with account teams, subject matter experts, and centers of excellence/agency partners to develop tailored messaging to position Ntt Data appropriately in the minds of stakeholders.
- Measure and Optimize ABM Programs: Set measurable objectives for ABM programs that align with Ntt Data's global marketing KPIs and track performance to demonstrate ABM adoption and business impact.

- Commercial Acumen: Understand Ntt Data's strategy and business model, including the levers that drive commercial success.
- Collaboration and Communication: Build relationships across teams to achieve objectives, provide effective communication, and take a customer-centric view.
