Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and shaping our customer experience, setting new standards for customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to define and execute a multichannel ABM/X strategy, driving revenue growth and meeting opportunity targets.
  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end full-funnel ABM/ABX programs, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel ABM and paid media campaigns, focusing on conversion rates and acquisition/activation costs.
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with other key members of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with sales priorities.
  • Identify, build, and maintain target accounts according to company priorities, defining and executing playbooks for the SDR team.
  • Collaborate with peers to align ABM campaigns with other ongoing online/offline initiatives, measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Manage agencies/partners involved in activation of digital channels, ensuring efficient processes and personalized engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading B2B demand generation and acquisition programs for technical audiences and complex sales.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with expertise in analyzing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Proven expertise in developing repeatable marketing and sales funnels to achieve revenue goals through enhanced collaboration.
  • Craft personalized content addressing target accounts, pain points, and needs, with proficiency in implementing and utilizing marketing technology and automation tools.
  • Strong skills in paid social media campaigns, Hubspot CRM, Sales, Marketing Hub, and ABM platforms, with excellent communication skills in English.
