About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Chronos Consulting. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation programs and campaigns across various channels to increase sales pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Marketing and Sales Leaders to create effective demand generation programs and campaigns across various channels.
  2. Work closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to create awareness, engagement, and follow-up campaigns.
  3. Lead, develop, and create end-to-end regional campaigns from webinars, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to direct mail to support regional quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  4. Partner with our US-based marketing team to develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across all channels, including email, digital, paid industry programs, direct mail, webinars, and more.
  5. Be responsible for the creation of campaign promotion content, such as copywriting for landing pages, email promotions, banner ads, case studies, presentations, and more.
  6. Identify resources to localize marketing communications, product materials, and digital assets.
  7. Collaborate with our Customer Success teams to drive expansion and customer retention.
  8. Manage our Field Events program from concept and planning, through to execution, including logistics, vendors, speakers, digital campaigns, presentations, and post-event follow-up.
  9. Forecast, measure, and analyze campaign and event results in detail, drawing insights and making data-based adjustments.
