About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Malaga. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing partner pipelines, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities, and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
- Understand partner market and competition and evaluate reseller interest.
- Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products.
- Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events programs.
- Work together with partners to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure), and other methods.
Requirements
- Bilingual or proficient in Swedish and advanced in English.
- Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
- Familiar with channel programs.
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritization.
- Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of 21,100 euros gross/year + up to 7,400 euros gross/year in bonus, a full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract, and a central location in Malaga. We also offer full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on, career development programs, and specialized courses.
