Job Summary

Viator, a leading travel marketplace, is seeking a seasoned Global Head of Performance Marketing to drive growth and revenue through data-driven strategies. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will oversee the largest marketing budget and develop innovative approaches to optimize performance marketing spend.

About the Role

This critical position will report directly to the CFO and manage a significant portion of the company's annual marketing spend. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling performance marketing efforts, driving efficiency, and delivering against ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to scale performance marketing spend across multiple channels, ensuring optimal efficiency and ROI.
  • Design and refine a framework for evaluating performance marketing spend, focusing on optimizing lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Enhance paid search efforts with Google and expand into social channels, unlocking new opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the development of end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies, analyzing and tracking key performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Manage, optimize, and innovate programs for all performance marketing channels, leveraging a test-and-learn approach to maximize cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Brand and Communications to drive a cohesive marketing strategy, serving as a critical thought partner to the executive team.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key partners, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Bing.

This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
