**The Opportunity**
We're seeking a seasoned and talented **Global Head of Performance Marketing** to join our team. This critical role will report directly to the CFO and oversee a significant marketing budget, driving growth and revenue through data-driven strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies to scale spend across multiple channels while maintaining efficiency.
- Establish a comprehensive framework for evaluating performance marketing spend, focusing on optimizing LTV/CAC.
- Enhance paid search efforts with Google and expand to social channels, unlocking new opportunities for growth.
- Drive the development of end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies, analyzing and tracking key performance metrics.
- Manage and optimize programs for all performance marketing channels, collaborating with business partners to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness.
- Partner with the Vice President of Brand and Communications to drive a cohesive marketing strategy, serving as a critical thought partner to the Executive team.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Expertise in developing and implementing data-driven strategies, with a focus on optimizing LTV/CAC.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and optimize programs across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
