**The Opportunity**

We're seeking a seasoned and talented Global Head of Performance Marketing to join our team. This critical role will report directly to the CFO and oversee a budget of $400M+ in annual marketing spend across all performance channels. As a key driver of our growth, performance marketing has helped us reach $4 Billion in Gross Booking Value and $737 Million in Revenue in 2023.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to scale performance marketing spend across multiple channels while maintaining efficiency.
  • Establish a comprehensive framework for evaluating performance marketing spend, focusing on optimizing Lifetime Value to Customer Acquisition Cost (LTV/CAC).
  • Enhance our paid search efforts with Google and expand paid search to social channels.
  • Unlock and scale paid social and other underfunded paid performance channels.
  • Drive the development of end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze, track, report, and forecast key performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity for program performance across all online acquisition channels.
  • Manage, optimize, innovate, and expand programs for all performance marketing channels through a test-and-learn approach.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Brand and Communications to drive a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness in our acquisition channels.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key partners, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Bing, and others.

**Requirements**

This role requires a seasoned leader with a proven track record in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the travel industry and experience in driving growth through digital acquisition strategies.
