Job Summary

Viator, a leading travel marketplace, is seeking a seasoned Global Head of Performance Marketing to drive growth and revenue through data-driven strategies. As a key member of the executive team, this leader will oversee the largest marketing budget and manage a team of professionals to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to scale spend across multiple channels while maintaining efficiency.
  • Design and refine a framework for evaluating performance marketing spend, focusing on optimizing lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Enhance paid search efforts with Google and expand to social channels, unlocking new opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the development of end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies to support business growth targets.
  • Analyze and track key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth across all online acquisition channels.
  • Manage and optimize programs for all performance marketing channels through a test-and-learn approach to maximize cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Brand and Communications to drive a cohesive marketing strategy and serve as a critical thought partner to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness in acquisition channels through innovations in strategy, targeting, delivery, process, and new capabilities.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
