**The Opportunity**

We're seeking a seasoned and talented Global Head of Performance Marketing to join our team. This critical role will report directly to the CFO and oversee a significant marketing budget, driving growth and revenue through data-driven strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement innovative performance marketing strategies to scale spend across multiple channels while maintaining efficiency.
  • Design and refine a comprehensive framework for evaluating performance marketing spend, focusing on optimizing lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Enhance paid search efforts with Google and expand into social channels, unlocking new opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the development of end-to-end marketing and digital acquisition strategies, analyzing and tracking key performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Manage, optimize, and innovate programs for all performance marketing channels, leveraging a test-and-learn approach to maximize cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Brand and Communications to drive a cohesive marketing strategy, serving as a critical thought partner to the Viator Executive team and other senior leaders.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key partners, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Bing.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and inform business decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
