Job Overview
As a key member of Docplanner's Global Sales Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving sales excellence across global markets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement insights-driven strategies to boost sales rep productivity, leveraging product/CRM automations, sales operations optimization, and routine redefinition.
Cultivate best practices by sharing cross-market knowledge, external expertise, and benchmarks to enhance sales performance.
Collaborate with sales teams globally to design and deliver effective training and enablement tools.
Shadow sales reps, gather insights, and refine the pitch shape and execution to drive better results.
Analyze data queries and solidify understanding of data management topics, including Tableau and SQL.
Drive business/financial modeling, encompassing business analysis, forecasting, and budget simulations.
Liaise with in-market stakeholders to align project direction and status.
Oversee project management for selected project portfolios, ensuring monitoring, issue resolution, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
3-5 years of professional experience in sales or sales excellence roles.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
A STEM or business educational background is preferred.
Proven technical expertise in working with large datasets, including knowledge of Tableau/Power BI/reporting tools and SQL.
Experience in business analysis and modeling, including financial models, forecasting, and business performance measurement.
Able to navigate complex organizational structures and effectively communicate with multicultural teams.
Prior experience working in high-paced scale-up environments or consulting.

A competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
