Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or enterprise sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
