We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Endeavor. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client pain points, and implement effective solutions to drive client success.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on the implementation and optimization of our digital solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients to help them achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the latest and greatest solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Past experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions is required.
  • Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or other client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and best practices for UX/UI is required.
  • Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
