Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of €1040 gross per month, plus additional benefits, including:

  • Free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or a monthly stipend to cover expenses
  • Private health insurance after 6 months of contract

  • A comprehensive relocation package, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months and assistance with paperwork and settling into the new environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of Dutch and B2/C1 level of English
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
