Your key responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative include:

  • Responding promptly to incoming customer inquiries
  • Identifying issues and offering effective solutions
  • Maintaining exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recording important data in our CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support to meet individual needs
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve common goals and objectives

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and skills:

  • You are a native English speaker or have an excellent command of the language

  • You excel in communication and listening skills, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse customers

We offer a competitive salary package that reflects the cost of living in Lisbon:

Salary:** €1,298 gross per month (excluding accommodation) or €1,040 gross per month (including free accommodation)

  • A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
  • A full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with flexible working hours between 7am-10pm, Monday to Friday
  • A comprehensive compensation package, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after three months
