About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the accuracy of online content? We're looking for a skilled Global Customer Service and Content Expert to join our team in Lisbon.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Global Customer Service Specialist, you will provide top-notch support to customers from the Dutch market via phone, email, or social media. You'll be responsible for resolving issues, providing accurate information, and following up on cases as needed.
Additionally, as a Content Moderation Specialist, you'll verify the quality and accuracy of written content for a social media platform. This role offers opportunities to share ideas, improve work processes, and become an expert in advertisement content.

Technical Support:
You'll also provide technical support to customers by responding to inbound requests, documenting case information, and adapting the brand's voice and tone across various communication channels.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a native level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English. Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support is essential. You should be an attentive listener, comfortable communicating with people, and able to work proactively at a fast pace.
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience is a must. Having a valid Portuguese work permit is required.

What's in it for you?
We offer a contract of 1 year (renewable after), working 40 hours a week in rotating schedules. Our relocation package includes accommodation, flight cost reimbursement, and support with paperwork. You'll receive training from the company and have the opportunity to work in a young and international team at a major global player.
With a salary between €1040 gross per month (with accommodation) and €1298 gross per month (without accommodation), you'll have a competitive compensation package.
