Customer Support Associate

At Doctena S.A., we are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in achieving our mission of improving access to healthcare by enabling patients to book appointments online and via mobile apps.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable working with computers and IT systems. They will also possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a full-time contract. The position will be fully remote with occasional visits to our headquarters in Luxembourg.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, and fluency in Dutch/French and English. They will be responsible for dealing directly with customers, responding promptly to inquiries, and handling and resolving customer issues.
The workload will involve setting up new customer accounts, delivering remote training, reviewing patient data, processing orders, and organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes. The successful candidate will also be required to keep records of customer interactions, communicate with internal departments, and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
