Senior Advertising Business Development Manager

About the Role
We have established a dedicated advertising organization to drive the growth of our advertising business. By building a suite of advertising products, Uber Advertising enables merchants and brands to reach their target audience across our Mobility and Delivery platforms in multiple markets.
This role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key brand partners in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will lead the sales strategy and drive adoption of our expanding suite of ads offerings across our platforms.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Ads Account Managers to deliver on partner marketing objectives. They will report to the Head of Ad Sales, Spain & Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:- Build relationships with senior marketing executives and decision makers within partner organizations.
- Critically evaluate relationships and navigate complex partner conversations using creative problem-solving skills.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet partner needs.
- Drive ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings.
- Clearly communicate the value of our ads products to differentiate our offerings.
- Develop scalable pitch narratives to drive growth for our partners.
- At least 7 years of experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
- Proven track record of selling ads solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and media agencies.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a go-getter mentality.
A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 per year, taking into account the location and requirements of the role.
