Job Description:

At Awin, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our advertising partnerships. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing affiliate programs, providing strategic direction, and optimizing opportunities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to advertisers' queries in a solution-oriented manner, addressing issues efficiently.
  • Monitor program portfolios to proactively deploy new opportunities and optimizations.
  • Implement efficient processes to communicate local expertise with our customer base.
  • Deliver scalable solutions to sell publishers opportunities for a multi-industry advertiser portfolio.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews with advertisers, adding insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in advertising or e-commerce (1-2 years).
  • English proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
  • Understanding of e-commerce-related technologies and solutions.
  • Able to cope with high-pressure situations and meet targets.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Analytical skills to detect challenges/opportunities and provide data-driven solutions.
