Your Role as Technical Customer Advisor

">

You will be part of a diverse team working on behalf of well-known brands, providing technical support and answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inbound requests.">
  • Assisting customers with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical issues via various communication channels.">
  • Adapting the brand's voice and tone for interactions across private and public channels.">
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and effective communication.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you should have:

">
  • A native level of Dutch fluency and a good understanding of English.">
  • Experience in sales or commercial backgrounds, as well as previous roles in customer service or credit recovery.">
  • The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with colleagues from diverse nationalities.">
  • A strong motivation to work abroad and adapt to new situations.">
  • No difficulties with writing in Dutch.">

What We Offer

We are committed to providing an attractive package that includes:

  • An estimated salary of €11,400 per year (net), considering the Lisbon location and job requirements.">
  • CDI contract with a 3-month trial period.">
  • Working hours: 40h/week, Monday to Friday (rotating shifts) 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 5 pm.">
  • A bonus up to €120 per month.">
  • Meal vouchers of €7.23 per workday.">
  • Reimbursement of some transportation costs.">
  • Private Health Insurance and dental plan after six months.">
  • If living outside Portugal, reimbursement of the initial flight ticket up to €400 after six months within the company and 12 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company.">
