About the Job: We are seeking a passionate Strategy Manager with strong analytical skills to shape our company's future. Your responsibilities will include challenging decision-making, providing critical advisory support, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing strategic plans and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Challenging and supporting decision-making as a critical advisor to the business.
- Analytical insights to guide executive teams in making informed decisions.
- Identification of risks and opportunities that can impact our company's strategy.
- Lead the development of company strategic plans and goals, ensuring alignment across business units.
- Work with executive leadership teams to define priorities.
- Articulate strategy to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Board expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Proven experience (4-5 years) in consulting, advisory, corporate strategy roles, or related fields.
- Track record of leading strategic planning and influencing senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and presentation skills.
