B2B Customer Experience Innovator for Fintech Scale-Up

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a highly skilled B2B Customer Experience Innovator for their Valencia office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a new fintech scale-up project and take on more responsibility in designing customer experiences.
This position provides a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills, allowing the successful candidate to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include supporting B2B customers through various channels, communicating effectively to resolve issues, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer experiences. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, innovation, and change management as part of daily operations. They will utilize cutting-edge technology and AI integrations, becoming an expert in this field, and contribute to improving overall company NPS through excellent service delivery. Flagging and escalation of customer queries, along with suitable solutions, will also be key aspects of this role. Furthermore, the successful candidate will map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
