We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive (m/w/d) who can contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team. As a FULL CYCLE POSITION holder, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature for at least the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and prospect new clients in the Benelux region
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints
- Present our solution to various stakeholders, including C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, and Travel Managers
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from demo to contract
- Forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline
Your Basic Qualifications: You have a native level of Dutch and a good level of English (both written and spoken). You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR. You possess a "No excuses" attitude, with success depending on your individual performance. You demonstrate proactivity by proposing value-creating solutions and are comfortable in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in SAAS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups is desirable.
