Position: Multilingual Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate calls to customers to offer assistance, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Understand and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Collaborate with a multicultural, dynamic, and enthusiastic remote team.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric approach, flexibility in working hours, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
