Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - Process Monitoring, you will be responsible for ensuring proper customer service, unifying criteria on the resolution of incidents and the achievement of procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Active listening of ATC calls, monitoring response to customer emails, ensuring the correct development of the ATC team processes, creating and keeping all procedures up to date, responsible for internal trainings, collecting and analyzing the level of service offered by Customer Care.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position of customer service and telephony, higher level vocational training or Degree (Business Administration and Management or similar preferred), complaints and conflict management, customer focused, communication skills, capacity for analysis and synthesis, teamwork, ability to prioritize, organization, resolute person, knowledge of Excel, English is an asset.
