Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team as Manager, HRBP Southern Europe. This role will be responsible for supporting organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives, working closely with the Director, HRBP Sales EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective people strategies, partnering with senior sales teams to drive business goals.
  • Assist in organizational planning and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on long-term headcount planning, manage recruitment processes, and conduct interviews for key and managerial roles.
  • Collaborate on talent development and succession planning within local sales departments.
  • Offer guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support people leaders with the annual merit cycle, providing clarity and guidance on compensation actions.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations, preferably in retail.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
