Sales Manager - Heavy Lifting Solutions

As a Sales Manager - Heavy Lifting Solutions, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects at both tendering and commercial level. You will work closely with the Civil Segment Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil market. Your key responsibilities will include preparing technical and commercial specifications, basic calculations, and technical proposals. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and meeting sales targets through strong account management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare technical and commercial specifications
• Conduct basic calculations and technical proposals
• Maintain excellent customer relationships
• Meet sales targets through strong account management and business development

Requirements:
• Engineering degree
• Advanced experience in sales systems
• Professional level experience in HLT operations and equipment, contract management practices, and tender management
• Fluent proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in the civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining sectors
• 3 years of relevant work experience
