Job Summary

Mammoet is seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen its core team in Madrid and develop the company's Civil sector services and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in Civil Engineering and a commercial profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue Civil projects to develop Mammoet's strategy for the region.
  • Establish new customers, maintain existing customer relationships, and participate in the sales process.
  • Develop the market by assessing and selecting data resources, identifying business opportunities, and trends.
  • Account management, sales planning, tendering, negotiation, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Knowledge or work experience within the Heavy Lift sector is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of logistics processes.
  • Commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Keen, analytical, pragmatic, and pro-active problem solver.
  • Able to work in an international environment with different cultures.
