Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Support Specialist role at Mpdunne & Hamptons International.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling communication, operating office equipment, ordering supplies, and utilizing writing, marketing, and clerical skills to support the office's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance and clerical support to the team
  • Handle communication and telephone calls with a positive attitude and excellent phone etiquette
  • Enter new listings in the system, assist in writing descriptions and marketing material
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
  • Order office supplies and manage supplies
  • Work with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience working in a busy office environment is a plus
