We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team at Les Roches Marbella Global Hospitality. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and departments with their accounting needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
- Feed our corporate ERP system with student collection information, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Support other departments in the invoicing process, providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Assist with general accounting tasks, such as reconciliations and financial reporting, as needed.
- Higher Education in Administration or related field.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, and advanced Spanish language skills.
- Previous experience in accounting or a related field is not necessary, but a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, data import, and formulas.
