RavenPack is a leading provider of Alternative Data analytics solutions for the financial services industry.

Our clients rely on us for speed and accuracy in analyzing large amounts of unstructured content.

We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Marbella.

As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will work with the Sales and Customer Support teams to support a global client base consisting of top banks and hedge funds.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of our API products and service offerings.
  • Writing Python scripts to enhance and troubleshoot customer interactions with the RavenPack API.
  • Creating scripts that mirror typical client workflows to improve onboarding and debugging efficiency.
  • Providing technical guidance to customers using tools like Python, Jupyter notebooks, and SQL.
  • Resolving technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in writing Python code and developing solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency in working with development frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks and Streamlit.
  • Experience with Python-specific tooling and concepts like Pydantic and Poetry.
  • Proven ability to investigate and provide thorough answers to clients' questions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural aptitude for troubleshooting and collaboration.
  • Previous experience working in a fintech or SaaS company.
  • Major or experience in Finance or Business.
