RavenPack is a leading Alternative Data analytics provider for financial services. Our clients rely on us for speed and accuracy in analyzing large amounts of unstructured content. We provide products that allow clients to enhance returns, reduce risk, and increase efficiency by systematically incorporating the effects of public information in their models or workflows.

We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Marbella. As a member of this team, you will work closely with the Sales and Customer Support teams to support a global client base consisting of top banks and hedge funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our API products and service offerings to support new trials and existing clients.
  • Write Python scripts to enhance and troubleshoot customer interactions with the RavenPack API.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers using tools like Python, Jupyter notebooks, and SQL.
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in writing Python code to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency in working with development frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks and Streamlit.
  • Experience with Python-specific tooling and concepts like Pydantic and Poetry.
  • Proven ability to investigate and provide thorough answers to clients' questions, showcasing a strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Natural aptitude for troubleshooting and collaborating across teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
