RavenPack is a leading provider of Alternative Data analytics for financial services. We're looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Marbella, Spain.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our API products and service offerings to support new trials and existing clients.
  • Write Python scripts to enhance and troubleshoot customer interactions with the RavenPack API.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers using tools like Python, Jupyter notebooks, and SQL.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing Python code and proficiency in working with development frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks and Streamlit.
  • Experience with Python-specific tooling and concepts like Pydantic and Poetry.
  • Proven ability to investigate and provide thorough answers to clients' questions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
