They will be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks, including administrative support, data entry, and communication with clients and colleagues.

  • High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken); other languages a bonus.
  • Previous experience as an Admin Assistant, PA, Office Admin Assistant, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Must have a car and a valid driving licence.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and communication with clients and colleagues. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
