We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the Luxury and Lifestyle segment for a cluster of 3 Kimpton Hotels in Spain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies.

This role demands a high level of organization, communication, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

You will report to the Cluster Directors of Sales and be responsible for:

  • Assisting Cluster Directors of Sales in daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating and organizing sales activities, including sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
  • Preparing and distributing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Maintaining and updating the client database with accurate and timely information
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads in a timely manner
  • Facilitating effective communication between clients and hotel teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Assisting in planning and coordinating sales events, fam trips, and promotional activities
  • Ensuring all event details are executed flawlessly, reflecting the luxury standards of the hotels
  • Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars for the Sales team
  • Preparing and processing sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation
