Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in promoting our brand image and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty
  • Recognize opportunities to upsell and enhance the customer experience, resulting in increased sales and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools
