RESPONSABILIDADES DE LA POSICIÓN
Junto con la jefa de Marketing, será la responsable de velar por la correcta imagen del hotel en todas sus áreas y transcurso del "guest journey" del cliente según los estándares establecidos y la filosofía de Marbella Club.Monitorizar constantemente la imagen de Marbella Club en todos los canales para garantizar que se sigan las pautas de la marca y ser un verdadero embajador de la misma.Estar familiarizado con las pautas de la marca y la identificación corporativa. Además de asegurarse de que todo el equipo se adhiera a ella (tanto interna como externamente).Encargada de dar apoyo a los distintos departamentos del hotel para cursar sus necesidades de promoción de eventos, papelería, give aways, revisión de menús, promociones/ofertas específicas en función de los estándares del departamento y salvaguardando la imagen del hotel. Encargada de gestionar la reputación online del hotel a nivel alojamiento, dando respuestas a los comentarios en función de los estándares establecidos: TripAdvisor, Google +, Expedia y fundamentalmente.Responsable de la gestión de los programas de comunicación interna.Debe trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de diseño para crear materiales de marca para respaldar el calendario promocional del hotel y otros artículos de marca operativos.
Experiencia:
Experiencia previa en hoteles de lujo o segmento turismo de lujo.
Titulación:
Diplomatura o Licenciatura en Marketing/ Relaciones Públicas o Estudios específicos de Gestión Hotelera.
Conocimientos específicos:
Altos conocimientos de Ofimática, Internet y programas de diseño.
Idiomas:
Inglés y español. Nivel alto. Deberá poder mantener conversaciones fluidas, hacer presentaciones, redactar informes, elaborar correspondencia y mails.
