Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote our brand image and increase awareness among our target audience.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  3. Customer Engagement: Recognize opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and services to create a better Marriott experience for our guests.
  4. Communication: Explain details and requirements related to attending sales presentations to potential owners, and verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours.
  5. Guest Services: Answer guest questions about property facilities and services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Work Experience: No related work experience required.
  3. License or Certification: None required.
